I’m unusually frazzled this Friday morning, but two bright spots of techie wonder have jumped out at me already.

First, Jon Udell says: Hey, don’t you think the gap between techies and the people they support would be a lot narrower if the techies stopped calling them “users”?

Second, Lloyd reports how the Globe and Mail reported a jump in page impressions after they redesigned their article page. How much of a jump? 25%! Astonishing. See a sample page here.
