Why I love London, part 37

Sunshine, flowering trees, quiet roads, Sunday lunch at the Lord Stanley in Camden. Apparently the ceanothus loves London, too.

Lavender and orange

Update 16 May: Thanks to gardener for correcting my spelling.

Ooh, thank you, gardener. I readily admit to not knowing anything about plants, and am happy to bow to your greater knowledge. The worst of it is that I had it down originally as lavender, on the flimsy grounds that it was sort-of that kind of colour. But glancing at wikipedia it seems lavender doesn’t even grow on trees.
