Chocolate polenta cake
Here is a picture of Anna’s chocolate polenta cake, created for my aunt and uncle’s 40th wedding anniversary. It was, naturally, delicious. There are photos of the whole event, if you want to see family pics.

I have been looking for a good recipe for a cake using polenta, after searching for ages for the loose polenta I now need a recipe. Your cake looks beautiful, any chance please of sending me it? thanks alot, Claire
