		<description>I think that's the point, isn't it? If someone sees your picture, and wants to use it commercially, then if you've set it non-commercial, then they should ask - Non-commercial doesn't mean "I am against the entire capitalist economic model", does it?

At least Schmap understand that, which is rather more than Yahoo/Flickr themselves do</description>
